Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst (L2)

intel (IOCs, TTPs, alerts, vendor reports, open-source and commercial feeds), enrich and validate indicators, and produce concise, actionable intelligence for SOC, IR, and client stakeholders.
You will also act as Service Delivery Lead for the managed CTI service: owning operational meetings, KPIs/SLAs, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery.
In addition, you will manage L1 scalations and ensure that the delivery is aligned with client expectations and their Priority Intelligence Requirements.
Responsibilities Oversight of L1 Threat Intelligence analysts.
Analyze, contextualize and report L1 Threat Intelligence escalations.
Escalate to L3 CTI Analysts.
Collect, analyze and contextualize Threat Intelligence data to produce operational reports.
Identify Threat Intelligence process gaps and propose improvements.
Identify possible automations to improve efficiency.
Identify and update Priority

Intelligence Requirements.
Perform deep investigations of campaigns, threat actors, data breaches, etc.
Propose recommended actions (both for prevention and detection and response) to address identified threats.
Client Management: operational meetings, point of contact, monthly reports.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT/security field.
Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience.
Proficiency in English.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Desirable: certifications in Threat Intelligence (CTIA, GCTI).
Advanced knowledge of threat intelligence at tactical and operational level.
Knowledge of frameworks and tools (diamond model, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).
