Job description
Lead the IT Ops Engineering Team, acting as the primary representative to stakeholders and spearheading the infrastructure strategy. Be part of the technical team responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining our Network. Participate in technical decisions, discussions, and tradeoffs, to deliver a technical solution design and implementation. Apply technical standards, patterns, and best practices to the solution provided. Ensure software quality and security are considered as part of the solution, including the generation and execution of appropriate tests, with focus on testing automation. Constantly seek continuous improvement and optimization of the system. This involves staying aware of the latest trends and advances in the industry, as well as identifying possible areas of improvement within the existing solution. Consider observability as part of the product to be implemented, in order to get an easy operation of the system.
Requirements
Master/ B.A in Network Engineering. Fluent level of English. B2 Minimum. 6 years of probable experience in IT. Solid understanding of design practices and system architecture, considering implications and trade-offs of reliability, scalability, security, operation costs, adoption path recruitments. Solid knowledge in network solutions as: SDWAN, ACI, VxLAN (routing, switching), Networking in Cloud (AWS/Azure), Cisco Wifi, Cisco ISE, F5, GTM, FW.
