DevOps Engineer - Terraform

We are looking for an experienced Cloud / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Terraform and GCP to join a flagship cloud transformation program.Locations: Bristol, Leeds & Edinburgh (UK) Contract Duration: 1 YearKey Skills & Experience Required:Recent experience designing and delivering hybrid-cloud platforms and API-driven automated systems using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principlesStrong hands-on experience with GCP and evolving cloud-native technologiesSolid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with tools such as Git, Terraform Cloud, HashiCorp Vault, Harness, and JenkinsAbility to manage incidents and resolve enterprise networking connectivity issuesExperience reviewing peer code and ensuring secure, compliant engineering practicesAgile mindset with continuous learning approachTechnology-agnostic and adaptable to evolving solutionsScope of Role:You will be part of a Cloud Engineering team delivering a strategic platform on GCP, enabling next-generation banking services.Key responsibilities include:Shaping GCP cloud roadmapsIdentifying opportunities for new cloud features and use casesCollaborating with cross-functional engineering and business teamsEnsuring services are resilient, secure, scalable, and cost-optimisedWorking within enterprise control and security frameworksIf you are passionate about cloud engineering and DevOps automation, and want to work on large-scale enterprise cloud transformation
