Join our team as a co-leader in an SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role offers a collaborative work environment and significant growth opportunities.
Tasks
- Co-lead the overall SAP S/4HANA project from a business perspective.
- Take responsibility for migrating and redesigning processes in key modules.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and ensure quality and acceptance., * Co-management of the overall project for the SAP replacement to S/4HANA from a business perspective
- Overall professional responsibility for the migration and redesign of processes in the modules MM, MM-A, IS-H, HCM, FI, and CO
- Recording, prioritizing, and managing professional requirements of stakeholders
- Ensuring the achievement of professional goals (process quality, benefit realization, acceptance in the specialist departments)
- Close coordination with the ICT project management regarding schedule, budget, risks, and interdisciplinary issues
- Management and coordination of department representatives (Key Users, Process Owners)
- Support of blueprint, fit-to-standard workshops, tests, cutover planning, and go-live
- Change and communication management towards specialist departments and management
- Support in the selection and management of external consulting partners, * A work environment at eye level and a collegial team that works together on the further development of the cantonal hospital
- A varied and responsible area of responsibility with plenty of room for initiative
- A central role in a strategically important transformation project

Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading complex ERP transformation projects.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across management levels.
- Structured approach and expertise in stakeholder and change management., * Several years of experience in (co-)leading complex transformation or ERP large-scale projects, ideally in the SAP environment and healthcare sector
- Sound knowledge of business processes in several of the modules to be replaced
- Strong process understanding and experience in business analysis in acute care hospitals
- High communication and moderation skills at different management levels
- Structured, solution-oriented working style as well as assertiveness
- Experience in stakeholder and change management, * Several years of experience in (co-)leading complex transformation or ERP large-scale projects, ideally in the SAP environment and healthcare sector
- Sound knowledge of business processes in several of the modules to be replaced
