Job description

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be a key player in designing and creating technical solutions that extend our reach to external brands. You'll join a talented group of engineers, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and Designers, as well as our dedicated portal team in Sweden.

Your mission is to ensure that as our network grows, complex operational processes-like inventory distribution and replenishment logic-remain seamless and automated. While your primary focus will be on frontend and backend architecture, you'll have the unique opportunity to peek into backend processes and data models, gaining a holistic view of a massive e-commerce engine.   • Own the Stack: Work within a microservices architecture on AWS, taking full ownership of your code from initial architecture and testing to implementation and maintenance.
  • Innovate: Write applications from scratch using the latest technologies and contribute your ideas to improve UX and design.
  • Collaborate: Discuss and design modern APIs, UI modules, and integrated solutions in an agile, startup-like environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UI?, * You are a TypeScript and/or JavaScript developer with a genuine passion for these technologies and hands-on experience with React.

  • You have an interest in modern frontend concepts like micro-frontends and libraries such as Material UI.
  • You have a foundational understanding of microservice architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS).
  • You are curious about security concepts, testing frameworks, and transactional databases.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • You are committed to building and growing inclusive team environments and are eager to share knowledge with your peers.
