Job description
Install, configure, and maintain COMOS software and related databases Provide technical support to end-users for COMOS Modules (Platform, FEED, P&ID, EI&C), including troubleshooting and user inquiries Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve user proficiency Customize COMOS to organizational workflows by developing scripts, macros, or plugins to automate tasks and enhance system functionality Integrate COMOS with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability Analyze engineering workflows and data structures to optimize COMOS usage across the organization Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation of enhancements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft SQL Server?, Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field Deep understanding of the COMOS software environment and practical experience in COMOS administration Strong technical background, ideally in process engineering, instrumentation, or electrical/control engineering High affinity for data management, digital engineering processes, databases (e.g., SQL Server), scripting languages, and system administration Analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and train users and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate data and documentation Experience in relevant industries (e.g., oil & gas, industrial gases, chemicals) is an advantage Business-fluent English and German
