Infrastructure, Networking And Cloud Engineer - Remote Or Hybrid (Mexico)

• Operate and administer Azure Cloud services , including virtual machines, networking, and backup/restore.

• Maintain and manage both Windows and Linux operating systems , including patch/update management.

• Administer Active Directory & Entra ID , including DNS, DHCP, and PKI.

• Manage monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution for infrastructure components.

• Configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wireless), including:

• Fortinet Firewalls

• Cisco Meraki switches and access points

• Zscaler VPN and cloud security platforms

• Perform updates, patching, and certificate management on network devices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced connectivity issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .

• Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) , subnets, peering, and Network Security Groups (NSGs) .

• Manage client VPN platforms using SSL VPN , Fortinet, and Zscaler.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.

• Ability to work independently and in international teams.

• Solid expertise in:

• Azure Compute, Storage, Networking services, AAD

• Cisco Meraki : Configuration and management via Meraki Dashboard

• Fortinet : FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and security policies

• Zscaler : ZIA and ZPA configuration and administration

• Active Directory services (PKI, DHCP, DNS, File & Print)

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Haves

• Advanced skills in Azure Networking : VPN Gateways, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, Network Watcher.

• Experience with AWS
