Requirements
- ServiceNow Platform Engineer with over 5 years of experience in custom application development, system integrations, and overall platform administration.
- Strong expertise in building scoped applications, delivering new capabilities, and leading complex implementations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and advanced Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules).
- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting AI governance solutions, including ServiceNow AI Control Tower and comparable platforms.
- Solid understanding of AI regulatory and compliance frameworks (AI Act, GDPR, DORA), with hands-on experience embedding compliance controls into technical architectures.
- Proficient in workflow automation, AI/data asset lifecycle management, and risk management processes.
- Experienced in designing and implementing REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Strong programming background in JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting) and Python (AI/ML and integrations), with working knowledge of Java, Bash, and HTML.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into measurable business value and compliance-driven outcomes.
