Job description
Nebius is building a high-performance AI cloud platform, and we are looking for an Azure Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable, and production-grade Azure environments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring platform reliability, governance, and cost efficiency., * Design and manage Azure subscriptions and landing zones.
- Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Implement secure networking and access control models.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Monitor infrastructure health and optimize costs.
- Enforce Azure Policies and governance standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support cloud-native workloads.
- Maintain documentation and architectural standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred) / Bicep / ARM
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of: Azure Networking (VNet, Peering, NSG, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers, Application Gateway) Compute services (VMs, VMSS, AKS) Storage and PaaS services
- Experience with Azure RBAC, Managed Identities, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
- Experience implementing high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Good understanding of cloud governance, policies, and cost management.
- Intermediate or higher English., * Experience with AKS in production.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container networking.
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent)
