Technical Lead | AI Hybrid Agent

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Leader to head this direction. This hands-on role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with proven leadership abilities to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of innovative, scalable, and high-performing AI products., * Partner closely with Head of Product to drive strategic product development

• Lead end-to-end product development: backend, frontend, AI agents
• Be deeply hands-on into development, research and implement quick MVPs on their own
• Deeply understand and evolve architecture, find proper balance between new features and infrastructural tasks
• Refine requirements of big projects, allocate development resources
• Constantly invest into speed of the team, maintain frequent product updates

• Solid background as lead product engineer, senior technology leader, engineering manager, or CTO
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams (preferrably 10+ people)
• Wide knowledge in technologies, good understanding how modern frontend, backend, and AI stack work
• Proven experience of delivering SaaS products in fast-paced, agile environments
• Hands-on experience in building AI/ML products
• Experience in scaling the product 10-100x in a fast growing startup environment would be beneficial
• Lean organizational design understanding and agentic approach to development automation would be beneficial
