Job description
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design for D365 F&O implementation and enhancement projects.
- Architect complex integration patterns using REST/SOAP, OData, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices (extension-based approach).
- Design and manage complex data migrations, including data modeling and governance strategies.
- Optimize system performance through database tuning, code reviews, and infrastructure sizing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change and solve structured technical problems across Azure and Power Platform ecosystems.
- Manage technical teams and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience with D365 F&O as a Senior Technical Consultant or Technical Architect.
- Expert X++ Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of X++ development and high-performance coding standards.
- Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of synchronous and asynchronous patterns, including Logic Apps and Service Bus.
- Azure Stack: Proficient in Azure Function Apps, Event Grid, and Azure SQL.
- Microsoft Ecosystem: Practical experience with D365 CE, Power Platform, and broader Azure services.
- Implementation Knowledge: Proven track record of navigating the full project lifecycle within a System Integrator environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong people management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Ability to hit the ground running and flexibility for occasional travel.
