Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer to become our first dedicated in-house developer and play a key role in driving our ambitious digital growth plan over the next five years. You'll be working closely with the marketing team to continuously evolve our online experience, improve site performance and develop new functionality across our Shopify website and existing WordPress platforms.

This is a hands-on, highly impactful role for someone excited to own and shape our technical direction across ecommerce, booking journeys and conversion-led digital experiences., * Develop, maintain and optimise Shopify themes, apps and custom functionality

• Manage and enhance our WordPress platforms, plugins and integrations
• Work with marketing to launch campaigns, landing pages and digital experiences
• Improve site speed, performance and UX across all platforms
• Create solutions that support online appointment booking and customer journeys
• Collaborate with our SEO agency and marketing team to ensure best practice technical implementation
• Maintain secure, compliant and reliable websites
• Troubleshoot technical issues and own the resolution process
• Recommend new tools and technologies to support growth

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Proven commercial Shopify development experience

• Experience developing and managing WordPress sites
• Strong frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience managing hosting environments (Cloudways and Digital Ocean)
• Experiencing integrating APIs and third-party tools
• Understanding of UX and responsive design
• Experience supporting marketing or ecommerce teams
• Experience working end-to-end on web releases, including testing
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining live websites
• Experience building custom Shopify apps
