Job description
We're looking for a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable solutions across Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate (cloud/desktop/BPF), Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio . You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and legal operations teams to deliver high-impact apps and automations (e.g., data intake, KYC flows, claimant self-service, internal onboarding), and contribute to our governance model (CoE, DLP, Managed Environments) and CI/CD with Azure DevOps. The remit includes integrating with systems like Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow, and other line-of-business platforms relevant to class action administration. This role mirrors proven patterns used by Epiq's global Power Platform team (subject-matter ownership, ALM, governance, AI agents in Copilot Studio) adapted to our scale and legal domain, + Design & Build secure, scalable solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio ; contribute to our flagship internal platform (e.g., CPNav) and claimant/operations tooling.
- Governance & CoE: help mature our Center of Excellence practices (environment strategy, DLP policies, solution checker, maker enablement, and Managed Environments).
- ALM / DevOps: implement CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps Build Tools ; enforce versioning, approvals, and automated checks.
- Integration: build custom connectors and integrations with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and third-party systems (e.g., ServiceNow; potential links to contact center or ERP/CRM).
- Quality & Reliability: author specs and diagrams; write unit/integration tests; monitor and support solutions for performance, HA, and security.
- AI & Copilot: design Copilot Studio bots/agents (internal self-service and claimant-facing scenarios), aligning with our legal/compliance posture.
- Collaboration & Enablement: partner with Product, Legal Ops, and Data teams; mentor junior makers/developers and contribute to our maker community
Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, + 3+ years building solutions with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate (cloud/desktop/BPF), Dataverse ; working knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience building Copilot Studio bots or willingness and demonstrated aptitude to ramp quickly.
- ALM & Governance: practical experience with Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps Build Tools , solution checker , and DLP policies .
- Integration: RESTful APIs, custom connectors , Microsoft Graph; familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Coding basics: Power Fx; ability to read/author JavaScript/TypeScript for PCF/Power Pages where needed; PowerShell for admin tasks.
- Ways of working: Agile (scrum, sprints, user stories), strong documentation & stakeholder communication, + Experience with Power Pages and/or PCF ; Azure Functions/Automation for extensibility.
- Familiarity with the CoE Starter Kit (core, governance, nurture) and Managed Environments at scale.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE ; background in legal tech, case management, claims administration, or adjacent regulated domains.
- Microsoft certification(s) (e.g., PL-200 , PL-400 )
