Job description

The CRM function develops and supports processes linked to the management of our clients and prospects, delivered via our CRM system, Workbooks. The system holds data relating to companies, pension schemes, their employees and other stakeholders. It is used across our client-facing teams, as well as by central functions, to access information and manage business development, marketing, onboarding and client management., * Working with the CRM Manager and Team, the job holder will be responsible for implementing data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation processes to ensure that the information held within the CRM system is accurate and up to date.

  • Use data filtering and reports to identify gaps and use external data sources to add and enrich the data we hold.
  • Integrate and import data from external sources and systems by extraction, transformation and re-importing.
  • Provide training to users to ensure best practice.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand and action their data requirements.
  • Establish data KPIs to track and evidence progress.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, * Significant previous experience in a CRM data management, data analysis, or sales operations role.

  • Skilled in using tools such as Microsoft Excel or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools to extract, transform and load.
  • Experience of using filtering and reporting functions in enterprise-level systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Logical & systems thinking: - the ability to visualise data flows and how it supports processes.
  • Patience & diplomatic persistence when enforcing data rules with users.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working with Workbooks CRM.
