Job description
- As part of our award-winning support desk team, you'll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers;
- Ensure a smooth new user induction process for our client's new starters;
- Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
- Support a vast array of software across many industries;
- Handle client requests for new setups, from user mailboxes and shared calendars to email distribution groups;
- Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
- Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
- Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.
Customer Service is Key
- Build customer confidence with clear, human conversations - face to face when it matters
- Translate tech into business value for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate across teams, respond promptly, and solve problems proactively with care and attention to detail

Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, * 1 year (minimum) experience in IT support role is required for this role;
- Familiarity with hardware components including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (via company Uber account).
