Job description
- Own portfolio vision and roadmap, setting priorities based on customer insights, market data, and financial impact
- Lead end-to-end product execution, from idea to launch and lifecycle management, driving growth and profitability
- Translate customer and market intelligence into actionable business cases and strategic decisions
- Expand into new markets, identifying opportunities, defining entry strategies, and mitigating scale-up risks
- Define value proposition and strategic pricing, ensuring clear differentiation and competitive positioning
- Monitor performance and forecast demand, aligning operations on volumes, mix, and exceptions
- Influence senior stakeholders, managing complex networks, delivering executive-ready recommendations
- Mentor Product Managers, strengthening processes and portfolio governance
Requirements
- Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive Life Science experience, including several years in complex customer-facing roles and multi-functional exposure (R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing)
- Proven track record and long-term experience in Product Management with strong drive for innovation and growth
- Successful execution of at least one major product launch end-to-end, including market introduction, life-cycle management, and post-launch support
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, able to make timely, data-driven decisions
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external networks
- Business fluent in English, German skills will be a plus
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
