Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, * Hands-on experience supporting or implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) for medium to large enterprises.

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), provisioning, and access certifications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving identity lifecycle and access-related issues.
  • Demonstrates strong technical acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Must Have Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years in IAM operations/implementation, with at least 4+ years in L3 support for SailPoint ISC or IdentityNow.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC including configuration, administration, and operational support.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML
  • Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.
  • Strong Java debugging skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
  • Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other SailPoint IDM Component.
  • Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SCIM, and integration with platforms like Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, and Okta.
  • Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
  • Ability to maintain detailed support documentation and operational procedures.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts
  • Customer Facing Exposure is must
