Solution Architect - Agentic AI

As a Solution Architect - Agentic AI, you will make an impact by designing and delivering next-generation autonomous AI solutions that reshape how organizations operate. You will be a valued member of our AI & Analytics community, partnering closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and global technology experts to drive meaningful business transformation.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of agentic AI and multi-agent systems to automate and optimize business processes across domains such as customer experience, supply chain, finance, and HR.
• Partner with client executives to identify high-impact AI opportunities, shape AI transformation roadmaps, and translate requirements into actionable architectures.
• Design and implement architectures leveraging LLMs, reinforcement learning, and decision-making algorithms, integrating with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Provide thought leadership by running workshops, responding to RFPs, building solution blueprints, and contributing to Cognizant's internal AI knowledge ecosystem.
• Ensure AI solutions meet governance, security, and compliance standards and establish KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and lifecycle management practices.

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong hands-on expertise in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and workflow automation (reflex, deliberative, hybrid models).

• Practical experience integrating Generative AI / LLMs into enterprise workflows, including prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Working knowledge of AI governance, security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex AI/ML solutions in cross-functional environments.
• Experience architecting AI/ML solutions.
• Demonstrated success delivering agentic or generative AI projects at scale.
• Consulting or advisory background with strong presence in client-facing engagements, incl. RFP/SOW creation and C-suite influencing.
• Experience delivering rapid PoCs/MVPs and thriving in fast-paced innovation environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree/ PhD
