• Lead the transformation of business data into actionable insights by leveraging NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence as core information systems.
• Ensure leadership and teams have reliable, standardized data and system outputs to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Process Automation & System Optimization

• Drive automation initiatives across ERP and Atlassian platforms to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and increase data accuracy.
• Continuously optimize system configurations, workflows, and integrations to support scalable, efficient operations.
• Create documentation on all relevant customisations (Scripts, Workflows, ...)

Global Collaboration & Standardization

• Establish unified processes, system standards, and best practices for NetSuite and Atlassian tools across all regions and subsidiaries.
• Enable consistent workflows, reporting structures, and documentation practices to ensure global alignment and efficiency.

Technology Ownership & Integration Leadership

• Own the overall architecture and performance of NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence, ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless integration with the wider system landscape.
• Collaborate closely with IT, data teams, and business stakeholders to maintain robust integrations and support end-to-end process continuity.

Cross-Functional Support & Strategic Alignment
