As our IT Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our digital workplace running smoothly. You'll ensure our systems are secure, our tools work seamlessly, and our team can focus on innovation without IT headaches.

You'll take ownership of our IT landscape - from managing accounts and platforms to troubleshooting hardware, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting colleagues day to day. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help shape the backbone of our company as we continue to grow., * Manage, own and maintain our online platforms and accounts (e.g., Microsoft 365, Keeper, and other SaaS tools).

• Oversee cybersecurity practices, ensuring systems and data are protected against threats.
• Support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues across the organization in Linux, Mac and Windows OS.
• Diagnose and resolve compatibility issues, including between components like motherboards and frame grabber cards.
• Maintain and update system configurations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Coordinate with external vendors or support teams when needed for escalated issues.
• Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding procedures (e.g., setting up new users, access permissions).
• Document IT infrastructure, processes, and issue resolutions for internal reference.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software troubleshooting, with at least 3 years of industry experience

• Fluent in English and German
• Experience working with Linux OS
• Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Respond quickly and effectively to IT-related problems within the company.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with access to sensitive systems and accounts.
