The team works on a technical stack which includes both cloud and on-premise deployments, big-data ingestion and analytics, distributed systems, and algorithmic complexity., As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will build and scale user-facing applications and backend services that support complex data-driven workflows. You will contribute across the stack, from designing APIs in Python to developing intuitive interfaces in React. This role provides meaningful ownership of features that directly impact customers and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do

Design and implement backend services using Python and Django/Flask/FastAPI

Build responsive, maintainable front-end applications using React with TypeScript

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and data models

Collaborate with Product and Design partners to deliver high-quality features

Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure reliability

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

2+ years of full-stack software development experience for junior candidates; 5+ years for senior candidates

Professional experience building backend services in Python and Django/Flask/FastAPI

Experience developing front-end applications using React

Experience working with relational databases and version control systems

Experience integrating agentic code generation tools such as Claude Code or Codex into day to day software engineering practice, * Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs in production environments Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with architectures spanning cloud and on premises infrastructure

Knowledge of application security best practices (vulnerability management, security posture management, and risk assessment) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST)
