- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance across a range of hardware and software platforms, including Windows server administration, Active Directory and Exchange
- Resolve issues related to computer hardware, desktop support, network connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Assist users with software problems involving Microsoft Office applications, DNS, VPN, DHCP and MacOS and other enterprise tools.
- Manage help desk tickets efficiently using tools ensuring timely resolution of user queries.
- Support network configurations including setup and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex problems and ensure prompt resolution.
- Document support activities accurately and maintain detailed records of troubleshooting steps.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by sharing insights and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to IT support.

- Strong understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS.
- Experience of Cloud Infrastructure including MS Azure, Amazon AWS and Google Cloud
- Proficiency in supporting desktop support tasks such as hardware repairs and configuration.
- Familiarity with security protocols involving VPNs, firewalls, and network security measures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Proven expertise deploying Office 365 technologies and all administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation purposes.
- Experience configuring routers, switches and firewalls with a good understanding and ability to troubleshooting computer hardware issues effectively.
- Working knowledge of current back-up technologies, including Veeam and Datto - would be beneficial
- Basic understanding of VMware and VoIP technologies (knowledge of 3CX and Teams would be helpful)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently to large audiences and explain concepts and details in a way all clients can understand.
