Job description

To work as part of a team to deliver the new cloud based CAFM (computer aided facilities management) system by collating information, either in electronic or hard copy format, and to migrate the information in a secure and safe way. When necessary, to learn and take on the duties of the Estates Services Co-ordinator., Responsible for collating compliance reports across various services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential for producing accurate reports and interpreting data. To support the Head of Estates services with additional tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of data management in our services., · Main purpose of this position is to transfer Internal & External PPM's (planned preventative maintenance) data to the new CAFM System.

· Scanning our archive documents and saving on the shared drive.

· Admin support for Health and Safety Manager

· Deputise for the Estates Services Co-ordinator as and when required.

· Working with the Estates Service's C0-0rdinator to introduce an Estates Service's on-site procedures manual.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, · Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Experience of CAFM software (Desirable).
  • Experience of collating health and safety data (advantage)

· Update and maintain paper and digital databases

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Successful record-keeping of all pre-planned maintenance and emergency works.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE required

  • Excellent Microsoft and IT skills.

· Strong coordination and organisational skills.

  • Strong team player.
  • Adaptable to surroundings.
  • Experience of coordinating records.
  • Working under own initiative
  • Pragmatic and flexible approach
  • A confident, professional communicator, both verbal and written
  • Organised and disciplined in meeting deadlines, * Data Co-ordination : 2 years (required)
