Job description

Pario is an established and successful management company with a track record of growth and staff retention. Due to our continued growth and the expansion of our IT infrastructure, we are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior System Administrator and Head of IT, providing IT support via our helpdesk and assisting with the maintenance, configuration and development of our systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum performance, security, and availability., * Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including our Microsoft 365 services, operating systems, security tools, applications, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

  • Work with the wider IT team to identify, test and implement improvements to existing systems and services and new services, software and tools.
  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring company/departmental compliance and IT security, including data protection, GDPR, and information governance.
  • First point of contact for employees reporting IT issues submitted via phone, email, and our helpdesk portal.
  • Take ownership of resolving first and second-line support requests by investigating technical issues and applying fixes. Support requests include user accounts, laptops, mobile phones and cloud services.
  • Assist with resolving third-line support requests.
  • Provide support with other IT projects undertaken by the IT team.
  • Help with developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining IT-related documentation.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our systems and services.
  • Any other reasonable duty as required.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a Systems Administrator role.
  • Previous experience working in a 1st/2nd line helpdesk support role providing support via email, chat and phone.
  • Experience as an administrator of Microsoft tech stacks, including Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive), Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID and Security and Compliance.
  • Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting PC issues.
  • Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting smartphone/tablet issues (Android and iOS).
  • Experience with using Helpdesk and Remote Monitoring and Management tools.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience supporting security audits would be advantageous., * IT Degree or equivalent experience.
  • MD-102 or similar certification desired.
  • SC-900 Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
  • MS-900 Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals., * Have you experience with the administration of Microsoft 365?

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • IT Support: 3 years (required)
