Data Analyst (H/F)

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

You will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, producing high-value insights and reports, and supporting business teams in optimizing the way they leverage their data to achieve organizational objectives.

Your missions: Analyze large and complex datasets to understand business challenges and stakeholder needs

Translate business questions into meaningful and actionable data analyses

Contribute to the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics tools

Develop strategic analyses, dashboards, and performance reports for business stakeholders

Identify trends, anomalies, patterns, and opportunities within datasets

Present and communicate analytical findings in a clear and understandable way to non-technical audiences

Collaborate closely with IT, data, and business teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability

Support business teams in improving data usage and fostering a data-driven culture

Adapt to diverse client environments and evolving strategic challenges

You will contribute to projects that combine digital transformation, operational efficiency, data governance, and performance optimization.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field

Strong passion for data and its ability to generate concrete business value

Experience with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or similar

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-evolving environments

Fluency in French and English is mandatory (Dutch is a strong asset)
