You'll join a large, distributed backend engineering community and work within cross-functional teams alongside product managers, frontend, and mobile engineers. You'll play a key role in shaping core financial products, supporting a rapidly growing user base, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend services aligned with team and business goals Write clean, well-documented, production-grade code Contribute to service architecture, resilience, scalability, and robustness using Domain-Driven Design principles Participate in technical decision-making and mentor other engineers as you grow in technical leadership Business Tech Stack Backend: Go, Frontend: React.js Mobile: Kotlin, Swift Infrastructure: Kubernetes on AWS Database: PostgreSQL Messaging & Observability: Kafka, ELK stack, and other modern tools Your Team You'll join a large Product Engineering organization, structured into small cross-functional teams across multiple domains, including: Customer onboarding, account management, and compliance Payments and financial operations Platform systems, integrations, and monetization Cash flow management and bookkeeping tools Collaborative accounting and pre-accounting solutions Each team typically includes 6-8 backend engineers and owns its product scope end to end.
