Job description
You could be progressing your career as a Microsoft Dynamics Support Developer at a Non-Profit organisation that are helping to solve food poverty and wastage in the UK, via food collection from major supermarkets and retailers that can no longer be sold and distributing it to primary schools, food charities and community projects.
As a Microsoft Dynamics Support Developer you will help the business to apply technology and IT systems to improve efficiency, all systems are based on the Microsoft suite encompassing Dynamics 365, PowerBI, Real Time Marketing and SharePoint. Initially you'll be focussed on supporting Dynamics solutions, including 1st line helpdesk through to troubleshooting system performance and bug fixing, before moving onto a more development focussed role.
You'll liaise with stakeholders to understand and prioritise requirements, developing technical architecture, strategy and designing and developing Dynamics solutions tailored to meet the organisations needs, ensuring scalability and performance.

Requirements
Do you have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics?, * You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 (Field Service, Sales Enterprise, Customer Insights, Marketing)
- You have experience with CRM suites (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- You have troubleshooting and customer support skills
- You have experience with data transfers, uploads and integrations
- You have strong written and verbal communications skills; you're adept at engaging stakeholders, gathering, analysing and documenting requirements
- You're keen to work for a Not for Profit / Charity, ideally with previous experience
