Requirements

We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, bringing strong skills in visualization, interaction, information architecture, and prototyping. Your ability to listen, empathize, and co-create will help us deliver solutions that truly meet user needs. For this role, we welcome team members who enjoy bringing clarity to complex workflows, raise the bar on UX, and with an affinity for AI-enabled applications., * Bachelor or Master's degree in Design, Design Research, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with complex systems for professional use in regulated environments, preferably healthcare.
- Experience with UX design for AI -enabled applications.
- Ability to synthesize different perspectives and reframe design challenges.
- Works together with project teams to co-create design solutions, considering the broader ecosystem and valuing diverse perspectives.
- Experience with Figma, MS Office, prototyping tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Applying a company's Design System and Brand guidelines.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
