Job description

Our client is seeking a skilled Google Cloud Engineer to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructures. If you are passionate about cloud technologies and have a strong proficiency in Google Cloud, we want to hear from you!, Design, build, and deploy cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate various infrastructures. Deploy infrastructure and platform environments while creating proof of architecture to test viability, security, and performance. Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating effectively with team members to drive performance and decision-making. Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Develop advanced cloud solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular assessments of cloud architecture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practises. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to continuously improve processes and solutions.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Google App Engine (GAE) is essential. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, with advanced proficiency recommended. Expertise in Cloud Platform Architecture and Google Cloud Storage is required. Intermediate proficiency in Terraform is suggested to facilitate infrastructure as code.
