As a Product Owner you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of your product and contribute to impactful initiatives that make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers and employees.
As the bridge between stakeholders and IT, you'll turn strategic vision into actionable solutions, driving value creation in an Agile environment.
You will be part of the Transformation Office at BNP Paribas Fortis, which is the driving force behind the bank's strategic evolution.

We are hiring Product Owners across multiple domains: Digital Channels Individuals & Enterprises, Invest, Customer Servicing & Efficiency (Fraud Detection)
You shape the future of your product with vision and strategy. You develop a deep understanding of your product, its market, and its customers. You define the strategy of your product based on market trends, user needs, and data.
- You own the product lifecycle end-to-end. You define a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals, balancing innovation with feasibility. You act as the bridge between business, IT, and users, turning ideas into tangible solutions.
- You master the art of prioritization and delivery. You participate in strategic planning and translate it into products and product roadmaps. You work with agile teams to refine backlogs, mitigate risks, and adapt plans based on feedback and data or shifting priorities.
- You identify, involve, and inform key stakeholders throughout the product development process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You demonstrate curiosity and passion for your product and are constantly seeking innovation and improvement.
- You show empathy and have good influencing skills
- You are a team player and facilitate collaboration
- You have excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- You have gained experience in an Agile working environment
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
- You're fluent in English (C1) and professional in Dutch or French (B2), enabling seamless collaboration in our multilingual HQ.
For the following domains, we are looking for additional skills:
- Invest: you have built strong expertise in the investment lifecycle, coupled with a good business understanding of tax and compliance frameworks related to exchange market transactions and position management.
- Channels-Individuals, you are familiar with story mapping, design thinking, backlog management tools such as Rally, Github, Collaborative tools such as Mural, Yellow, Whiteboard; Klaxoon and have experience in Digital projects
- Channels-Enterprise: you are familiar with Data Platforms & Tools: such as SQL Server Mgmt Studio, Alteryx, Oracle, Sybase, SAS, Power BI/Tableau, .NET & Javascript (React) development
- Client Servicing & Efficiency (Fraud detection): You stay one step ahead, keeping up to date with all payments fraud-related risks and consequent fraud detections mechanisms, to make sure that clients have confidence their money is safe with the bank.
