Job description
We are looking for an AWS Serverless Engineer for our client. Your main task will be to set up a secure, serverless data pipeline for the daily transfer of patient data from Navision (SQL Server) to AWS, including upload, transformation, validation and storage in DynamoDB.
Tasks:
- Implementation of S3 uploads via pre-signed URLs
- Development of S3-triggered Lambda functions for NDJSON streaming, data validation and transformation
- Design of DynamoDB schemas and access patterns
- Ensuring security and compliance (PII, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Integration into existing AWS monitoring
- Technical coordination with internal team and occasionally with Navision developers
Requirements:
- Experience with AWS Serverless (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM)
- Development of production-ready, robust solutions
- Experience in regulated environments with sensitive data
- Ability to anticipate edge cases and error cases
Nice to have:
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Previous work in medical or regulated environments
Project details:

- Duration: 3 months, with option to extend
