Job description
To support a project with a client in the public sector, we are seeking an experienced ICT consultant (m/f/d) specializing in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of a standardized documentation tool. The objective of this engagement is the comprehensive analysis of existing documentation landscapes and the development of a well-founded recommendation for a standardized solution for the future documentation of projects, architectures, and operational information. This involves close collaboration with various departments to consolidate requirements and ensure high organizational acceptance., * Analysis of existing documentation, processes, and tools used
- Gathering and coordinating the requirements of various departments
- Conducting a structured evaluation of suitable documentation solutions (best practices)
- Developing a technically sound basis for decision-making, including a comparison of different options
- Developing concepts for consolidating and migrating existing documentation
- Defining standards, templates, and governance approaches for future documentation
- Facilitating workshops with internal stakeholders
- Preparing a recommendation for a standardized documentation tool at the management level
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an ICT consultant or consultant in the IT sector (senior level)
- Experience in analyzing and standardizing documentation processes
- Knowledge of modern documentation and collaboration tools
- Experience in evaluation and decision-making processes in enterprise environments
- Structured and methodical approach to work
- Experience collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
- Ability to present and document complex issues clearly
- Experience in the public sector is an advantage

- Fluent German (native speaker/business fluent)
