As Junior Solution Delivery Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. • Support the delivery of client XR software projects from kick-off to go-live through structured coordination and reliable follow-through.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, and documentation in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear priorities and professional execution.
• Track progress and risks; flag issues and dependencies early and propose practical solutions.
• Contribute to improving delivery templates, playbooks, and internal routines.

Do you have experience in Project coordination?, + Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in software project coordination, delivery support, consulting, or product-related roles (internships included).
• Strong interest and ability to work in a performance-driven, cross-functional and international team while setting a professional example.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
