SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Your Tasks

• Shape and evolve the SuccessFactors solution architecture across Employee Central and the Talent Modules
• Provide architectural leadership and support for the consulting team
• Guide new initiatives, change requests, and international rollouts in close alignment with HR
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards as well as data protection and security policies
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate requirements and design scalable, future-ready solutions
• Lead release planning, solution validation, and technical reviews

Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT or a comparable field

• Extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite)
• Experience with identity management, SSO (IAS/IPS), and data privacy regulations (GDPR)
• Proven track record in large-scale HRIS implementations and transformation projects
• Structured, analytical mindset paired with strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder groupsVery good English skills; German language skills are a plus
