Embedded within Brand Marketing & Communications and working with the Manager, Channel & Creative, you partner closely with Social/Website/Configurator, Product Marketing & Communications, Campaigns and Media Communications to keep the creative engine running at pace.

- Content packaging for markets: Assemble localization-ready toolkits (asset menus, copy decks, alt text, subtitle files, transcreation notes, usage rights, do/don't guidance) and manage upload/rollout via DAM/CMS. Track adoption and flag gaps proactively.
- Metadata, rights & embargo discipline: Tag assets with smart metadata/taxonomy, expiry and territory rights, administer embargo schedules, coordinate secure distribution for sensitive launches and UHNW materials.
- Asset support for earned: Provide Media Communications with press-quality assets and ensure press kits are delivered on-time to a high standard.
- Asset production for paid media activity.
- Production operations: Maintain project trackers, file-naming conventions and version control.
- Approve minor channel-specific adaptations and metadata/thumbnail selections within brand guardrails.
