We're looking for an experienced engineer to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary product team. If you enjoy building high-quality Back End systems, working closely with others, and continuously improving both code and ways of working, this role could be a great fit. Required Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on Java development.
• 5+ years of Test-Driven Development in real project environments.
• Familiarity with Kotlin, ideally writing production-ready code.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building JVM-based services using Test-Driven Development and pair programming.
• Helping shape the architecture and technical direction of our systems, understanding the why behind what we deliver, and looking for opportunities to improve our engineering practices.
• Providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to fellow engineers.
• Engaging in pair programming as a routine part of collaboration.
• A genuine interest in software craftsmanship and helping others grow.

AI & Innovation

We have an internal AI interest group and actively explore AI adoption where it enhances team workflows and problem-solving, based on each team's context and needs.
