Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solution Architect - Senior Manager, Technology & Transformation

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and oversee a variety Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries where you will be required to lead and collaborate effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GRC principles, frameworks and processes, in-depth knowledge of GRC architecture and implementation across various leading platforms (ServiceNow, MetricStream, Archer), and a proven track record managing teams through complex GRC transformation engagements. You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

• Leading the design and architecture of complex Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the platforms like ServiceNow IRM.
• Driving the growth of Deloitte's GRC technology practice by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing thought leadership, and supporting proposal development.
• Conducting workshops with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Delivering compelling client demonstrations of GRC solutions and their value proposition.
• Developing detailed architecture artefacts, solution blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation plans, aligned to industry best practices.
• Providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Developing and delivering training programs to upskill junior team members in ServiceNow IRM, Archer IRM, and broader GRC technology best practices.
• Contributing to the development of reusable assets, methodologies, and accelerators.
• Staying at the forefront of GRC technology trends, including the use of AI/ML, Gen AI.

• Proven experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IRM and SecOps solutions.
• Deep understanding of GRC/IRM principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST, NIS2 COBIT, ISO 27001).
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with other enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders at senior level.
• Experience of working effectively in diverse team environment.
• Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo and deliver effectively against challenging objectives.

The following will be considered an asset:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred. Certifications in ServiceNow IRM and/or Archer IRM are highly desirable.
