Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Workstream Lead for Data Migration to spearhead the transition to SAP S/4HANA. This role is a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can navigate complex data landscapes while mentoring a growing team.
The ideal candidate will be the bridge between technical execution and business requirements, ensuring that data is migrated accurately, efficiently, and securely., * Migration Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end data migration workstream, from extraction and transformation to loading (ETL) and validation in S/4HANA.
- Tooling Oversight: Utilize and manage SAP-specific migration tools (such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or BODS) to ensure high data quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of data specialists, providing clear direction, setting milestones, and ensuring delivery timelines are met.
- Knowledge Transfer: Act as a subject matter expert by training and upskilling internal colleagues on S/4HANA migration methodologies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with functional leads and business owners to define data mapping rules and cleansing requirements.
- System Integration: Oversee the migration of data from both SAP Legacy systems and non-SAP sources, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements
- Deep S/4HANA Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA migration project.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SAP migration tools and data structures. Experience with non-SAP source systems is highly preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex workstreams in a project environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for teaching and mentoring.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
- Mobility: Ability to work on-site in Belgium at least 2 days per week.
