Head of IT Products R&D

• Define the long-term roadmap for PLM and R&D systems aligned with Group strategies.
• Oversee the performance, scalability, and evolution of the R&D IT ecosystem.
• Manage the complete program from strategies to execution by engaging with R&D Directors.
• Enhance analytics capabilities to support smarter decision-making in R&D Product & Portfolio Management.
• Drive the portfolio of EPICs supporting business and financial objectives.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment with PMO, Finance, and Enterprise.
• Translate EPICs into actionable tasks together with Product Delivery teams.
• Promote Agile and DevOps principles across the IT R&D landscape.
• Mentor a team of 5-10 employees, fostering continuous improvement.

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in similar positions within manufacturing or engineering.
• Background in R&D or engineering.
• Proven track record in leading major digital or IT programs.
• Experience with as a service concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions (3DEXPERIENCE, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PLM).
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE and analytics tools.
• Proficient with Office 365 and engineering IT systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
• Comfortable switching between technical and non-technical discussions.
• Fluent in English.

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 110'000 per year
