Your Mission:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot, solve problems, share insights, and help us constantly improve what we build, always with the customer's experience and success in mind.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Installation, configuration and independent, efficient and accurate troubleshooting of:
- Server-operating systems (Linux, Windows-Server, VMware, and further)
- Control panel software packs (cPanel, Plesk)
- Networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers, ...)
- Power equipment (rack-PDU, rack-ATS)
- Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English

Your Tech Toolbox (ideally):
- Strong command of Linux: You're not panicking when the kernel does.
- Solid experience with hardware: Wherever you go, you never go without your USB-to-RS232 console cable
- Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals: There's no place like 127.0.0.1
- Familiarity with hosting environments, ideally because you're hosting some application or service yourself
- Basics in monitoring/ticketing tools
