Carrier Analyst

• Analyse daily reports to identify trends and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Escalate service level concerns and provide insight for team service calls
• Prepare and distribute accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Act as the link between carriers and client call centres, ensuring clear communication
• Support carrier, client, and supplier meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up

• Company pension, We're looking for a Carrier Analyst to join our GXO Supply Chain team supporting Cygnia at our Northampton site. This is a critical role focused on analysing carrier performance, managing reporting, and being the first point of contact for operational and compliance issues. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Pay, benefits and more: We're offering a salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
