Job description
- Analyse daily reports to identify trends and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Escalate service level concerns and provide insight for team service calls
- Prepare and distribute accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Act as the link between carriers and client call centres, ensuring clear communication
- Support carrier, client, and supplier meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, Are you passionate about data analysis and logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you., * Excellent administrative experience, ideally in logistics or carrier management
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), plus Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

- Company pension, We're looking for a Carrier Analyst to join our GXO Supply Chain team supporting Cygnia at our Northampton site. This is a critical role focused on analysing carrier performance, managing reporting, and being the first point of contact for operational and compliance issues. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Pay, benefits and more: We're offering a salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts
