Senior Full Stack Engineer / High-Impact Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop scalable backend and frontend solutions using Java / Kotlin for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend, ensuring seamless integration between the two.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment using Docker.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to maintain high software quality standards.
• Share your expertise through the company Tech Blog and community events.

Location: Offices near Lugano in Agno, Switzerland, easily accessible by public transportation.

• Remote policy: Hybrid remote work model (typically 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week). Policy may evolve based on Swiss and cross-border regulations.
• Main tech stack: Java / Kotlin for the backend; TypeScript, ReactJS, and React Native for the frontend. Projects are versioned on GitLab and rely heavily on Docker for development and CI/CD.
• Development approach: Agile development with a formal process including code reviews, pair programming, and continuous delivery. Emphasis on software quality, design, open source contributions, and knowledge sharing (Tech Blog).
