Global Network Platform Engineer

• Do you strive for personal and professional growth?, * Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point, resolving complex incidents from 2nd-line operations and Service Managers to minimise business impact
• Translate platform architecture and service strategies into robust technical configurations and deployments across global projects
• Build and operate automation and API integrations; use monitoring, AIOps and observability to anticipate and resolve performance issues
• Create and maintain low-level designs, automation playbooks, SOPs and standardised configuration templates to drive consistency
• Modernise and harden Knauf's global network estate-covering hardware refresh, configuration management, SD-WAN rollout, and secure-by-design controls including NAC compliance, We all shape our lives individually. • Degree in computer science/IT or equivalent experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Proven track record operating campus and enterprise networks at global scale (10,000+ users) across routing, switching, wireless and network security
• Hands-on with SD-WAN, ideally Fortinet (FortiManager/FortiGate), including migrations from legacy WAN to modern SD-WAN
• Cisco CCNP or Fortinet NSE 4+ strongly preferred
• Experienced with centralised network management platforms, identity services and core network services; comfortable with API-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency
