Job description
- As Head of ERP Applications, you will manage ten employees, develop an internal individual ERP-like application and be responsible for the technical further development and optimization of the application.
- You will be responsible for the rollout at all German and Austrian locations and ensure trouble-free IT application operation.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent change and demand management as well as proper management of the software lifecycle and the
- on-time and on-budget implementation are also part of your tasks.
- You will be in constant communication with the IT Director, business teams and external service providers regarding requirements management and prioritization of internal and external requirements.
- You coordinate with the other national and international IT departments.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) computer science or a comparable suitable field of study
- At least 5 years of professional experience in leading software development as well as application management from requirements management to support
- Sound experience in business process management (e.g. business analysis)
- Sound knowledge in project management and in the execution of IT projects
- (planning, resource management, budgeting, reporting and communication,
- change management) as well as good methodological skills
- Good oral and written expression and presentation skills
- in German and English, ideally also French
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
