- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices applications using Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Work with Azure DevOps for repository management, code reviews, and deployments
- Ensure end-to-end delivery, including development, deployment, and post-go-live maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Interact with stakeholders and provide technical insights and analysis
Requirements
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Java Microservices Developer to join a large enterprise environment in Amsterdam. This role requires a strong technical professional with experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Azure DevOps, who is comfortable working in Agile teams and engaging with business stakeholders., Strong experience with Java 8 or higher Extensive knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture Experience developing REST and SOAP Web Services Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (repository, deployment, code review) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Strong knowledge of Git concepts Experience with Maven, Jenkins, and Docker concepts Experience using Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies, Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector Experience working in large enterprise environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * Strong communication skills in English
