Our team is at the intersection of business and AI innovation where you will operate similarly to a Forward-Deployed Solutions Architect by solving real-world business challenges with game-changing AI technology that impacts businesses and consumers across the world.You will deliver specialized, customer-embedded technical expertise, bridging the gap between sales and engineering. You will work alongside leading industry executives to turn complex customer needs into scalable, AI-powered products that accelerate business growth. This role lets you apply your experience for customers, engineering, and problem-solving to delivering real-world results at Meta scale. Our Business Engineering team is at the forefront of the AI frontier - and we're just getting started., * Contribute to building next-gen AI products and prototypes in collaboration with Meta product engineering teams and cross functional partners to meet business needs
- Understand business challenges to define and drive strategies to help businesses grow at scale
- Use broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with our partners, and independently resolve complex technical and business needs
- Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing an understanding on business goals and industry trends
- Influence the AI industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audience
- Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale
- Break down coding projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals
- Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners
- Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
- Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with scalable software platforms applications and taking products from zero-to-one to a level of maturity
- Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
- Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients
- Experience working with LLMs, agentic AI, and/or related AI/ML technologies
- Experience working in highly collaborative, dynamic, and ambiguous environments
- Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
- Travel Requirement: up to 25% of the time, * Experience working in a startup or similar early stage company
- Knowledge of the AI, advertising, and social media landscape globally
- Experience working with enterprise customers and B2B GTM motion
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Experience working with global teams
