Service Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT service, ensuring it is delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and OLAs
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyse the IT service, identify areas for enhancement, and implement changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
Business analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation of fixes (Run-the-Bank - RtB) and changes (Change-the-Bank - CtB), coordinated with the vendor or software provider

Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field
3+ years' experience as a Senior IT Service Owner or Application Responsible
Solid understanding of IT governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management at a strategic level
Experience conducting or approving analysis and design prior to development
Lead or actively contribute to development, testing, and deployment activities in line with standards and best practices
Hands-on experience in installing and configuring hardware and software
Advocate for and support agile methodologies and tools
Proficient in Unix and Windows Server environments, including application support
Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL ServeR
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Independent worker with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Effective negotiation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Fluent in English; German is a plus
