Senior Backend Developer (all genders)

• Design and development of scalable backend systems and services using Java and Spring Boot
• Building and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs for modern web applications and digital platforms
• Designing and implementing microservice architectures with a focus on scalability, resilience and maintainability
• Integration of external systems, databases and third-party services
• Ensuring high performance, security and reliability of backend services
• Close collaboration with frontend developers, DevOps, UX/UI design and project management in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Continuous improvement of code quality, architecture and development processes

Do you have experience in Spring Framework?, * 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer with Java and Spring Boot

• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Hands-on experience with microservice architectures and distributed systems
• Good understanding of software architecture, clean code principles and backend design patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git) and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset and team-oriented working style
• Very good written and spoken German or English skills
