Web applications software developer

We are looking for a developer with two to three years' experience to join our team, working closely with our CIO in the Netherlands office

This is a permanent role

• You will become a key member of our software development team

You will start by spending part of your time with the support team so that you learn about our products, our Clients, and the challenges we face daily

Our Clients are often in direct competition with each other, so all members of our team need to exhibit complete confidentiality at all times

Most of the time you will be working from home, with visits to the Castricum office as required, to work with the entire development team

The programming aspect of this role will include but is not limited to

• Developing new products, API integration enhancements/bug fixes to various CRM, finance, HR, document management and tax systems

Software interface design documentation

• Technical documentation

Unit test specifications

Supporting existing systems

• Software enhancements/bug fixes of new and existing products

You will be joining a friendly team with a keen interest in your continuing professional development, Good communication skills are a must as you will work with Clients; ranging from business leaders to end users, developers and other IT professionals

The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time using an agile methodology with ever-changing scopes and deadlines is required

You will need to be flexible, patient, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be able to interpret rough outlines and design systems, consulting with other developers and functional designers

Education

• WO/HBO level (Netherlands)

Bachelor degree level (UK)

Languages

• Fluent English is a must
