Location: London (5 days onsite)
Our client, a leading global investment firm is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale engineering programmes across data platforms, cloud infrastructure and internal developer platforms. You will sit at the centre of complex technology initiatives, working with senior engineering leaders to deliver critical platform capabilities used across the business.
Your Skills
- Strong Technical Program Management background within complex engineering environments
- Experience delivering large cross-team software, platform or infrastructure programmes
- Technical fluency with system design, APIs, data flows and cloud platforms
- Strong stakeholder management with engineering leadership
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, technically complex organisations

- Platform and infrastructure modernisation initiatives
- Large-scale data platform or architecture migrations
- AI/ML platform life cycle programmes
- Reliability and resiliency engineering initiatives
- Developer platform improvements including CI/CD and observability
- Technology integration following acquisitions
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving complex multi-team engineering programmes across platform, data and infrastructure
- Building and managing integrated delivery roadmaps across multiple engineering teams
- Coordinating architecture, APIs, data pipelines and cloud environments
- Managing programme risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
- Leading launch readiness including operational planning, monitoring and reliability
- Providing clear programme visibility to senior technical and business leadership
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact engineering programmes within a high-calibre technology environment. You will work closely with senior engineers and architects, helping deliver the next generation of platform and data capabilities
